Hello. When I try to search for various items over multiple categories, I am consistently getting "no results" messages. No search has been successful. WHY? WHEN WILL IT BE FIXED? HELP!!!
Same here. Trying to get an early start listing and have no comparison sold listings to assist. Also another glitch that started yesterday is notifications that I have specific items to ship that were sold and shipped and received by buyers already. When I click on the link it then says you don't have any items to ship.
Same here. This is so discouraging. Sales are slow enough. Sometimes I wish they would just leave stuff alone. When I click on someone's listings they all show up as 0.
I agree. Many of us are paying ridiculous high promoted listing fees and buyers searching can't find the items. Between this current glitch and the fact that EBAY selects the categories it shows when a buyer searches instead of showing all results and letting the buyer see all categories and making their own edits is disheartening.
Same here. Took 40 minutes to list 3 cards when I can list 8 cards or more in that time if the search feature is working. This will definitely impact my ability to list properly. Updated the app last night, which turns out to have been mistake
Glad to know it’s not just me. And I hadn’t updated and it was doing that this morning. I just updated and it’s still doing it. Hopefully they will get it fixed soon and let us know what’s going on.
