You provided zero information in your post.

You are in the UK. Information about contacting CS would be better found on the UK boards.

If you want to explore possible reasons why your store and search show zero items we can do that here (as we have for other international sellers), but you will need to provide some info.

I see ZERO items for you here in the USA, and ZERO when I change my location to the UK or Germany (I didn't bother going through dozens of other countries to see if you ship to Tanzania).

Looks to me like you have your shipping completely bollixed up somehow - eBay will not show items in store or search to buyers in locations you don't ship to, and it looks like you ship nowhere (no idea how you could not ship to the UK, your own location, didn't think it was even possible, but that's what it looks like).

Check your shipping matrix on one of your listings to see what might be up there, and provide an item number for any one of your items so we can look at it and see (buyers in locations you don't ship to CAN see your items directly, just not in search results or your store)

My Shop, Items missing

They should be listed in section of my shop under: Resistors, Metal Film 0.6 Watt

eBay item number:231746273996

eBay item number:331703059870

eBay item number:231746273437

eBay item number:232903455574

I checked the shipping details it is exactly the same as for 968 other items listed.

I did not post the details before as I was hoping to get info of CS so that I could discuss the problem with them, direct. I'm paying for MY SHOP subscription, and I expect support from the people I'm paying, close to US $1300per annum, to support me. When I bought subscription some 7 years ago, they never mentioned that the support is going to come from COMMUNITY groups?

My comment about including info was just generalized, ongoing frustration with posts  - mostly those ranting about shipping calculator overcharges - that provide nothing of use. "My car won't start, what do I do?" "Shipping calculator is broken." etc.

(I'm an analyzer, not a hand holder or shoulder to cry on so wants the precious datas 🙂

$1300 a year is a basic store - that doesn't get any special support, but again, the UK boards are the place for inquiries on UK support.

Anyway...

Checked that first item. You only show shipping to the UK, but when I change my location to the UK still show no items in search. Had to sit back and think about it, but.....

I checked a couple of German sellers that ship only to Germany, and then did a search and found a seller in Norway that ships to the US also. The German sellers showed no items no matter where I set my location. The Norwegian seller came up fine in search.

Preliminary guess is that at this point, when you list on ebay.com (not ebay.co.uk) you have to ship to the US also to have visibility. If that is the case, not sure if intentional or a glitch.

You can test that by changing the shipping on one of your listings (like 231746273996) to include some sort of shipping to the US (make it crazy high to prevent anyone from buying if you wish), then go look for your items. The one you add USA shipping to should show up if my theory is correct: https://www.ebay.com/sch/dannell.4you/m.html

Once again, just a guess at what's going on, and maybe a bug due to a recent eBay change (if it is, there should be a lot more howling here by now though, unles specific to a very limited subset of sellers)

Addendum. Checked another couple of things.

This is starting to look like it fits with my other half baked theory and isn't a problem with not shipping to the USA.

It's a problem with buyer locations in any of the weird not "Global" group eBay uses for Global Selling seller standards (see here: https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/selling-policies/global-seller-performance-policy?id=4351

I tried location in - your and the other German seller's items don't show up in search. If my location is Armenia (not in that marketplace group above), their items appear in search, and 2352 of yours appear in search and your 995 in your store (that discrepancy is disturbing and maybe related).

You don't ship to Armenia. In some cases, the other sellers do ship to some of the countries in that global group, but still zero results for those except viewing from the USA if they ship that item there.

So in summary, if you view your listings or store from UK, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Ireland, or US zero results. Anywhere else, and some (variable?) number of items are visible even to places you don't ship like Namibia)

Try the USA shipping test on one and see if it shows up in search.
