Multiple item order charged wrong amount with paypal checkout - unpaid item dispute as a result!

A seller opened a dispute against me for non payment. I always aim to pay within 24 hours of auction end so I was quite surprised. When I looked into it, I found out that when I paid, it also bundled payment for another auction together (as often happens when you have won multiple different items). However, in this case, the paypal payment only covered one of the items in the checkout. Now I got stuck in a situation where it says I have not paid, but if I click on the "Pay Now" button for the item, it just shows me "Order Details" with a link to the payment, and I have no way to pay for the item separately. In the end I had to contact the seller and send him a paypal payment directly. However, I still have no way to mark it as paid!

I hope someone from the website technical team can get in touch to fix this problem.

I'd like to look into the details of this a little closer. An Unpaid Item case cannot be opened until after 2 days have passed, so paying within 24 hours should be a safe route for you. I can take a look at this to see if something has gone wrong and will reach out via email here shortly for more details.
