Missing Order

I placed an order yesterday and my credit card was charged but the order isn't there and the item(s) I searched do not show up in my search history. How do I resolve?

Is it possible you made the purchase using a different eBay account?

Or as a guest?

Is the item still listed when you search active or completed items?

If use of a guest account isn't the answer, is it possible that you bought the item on another site that appeared to be ebay?

When you say the item "isn't there", do you mean that, when you go to your Purchase History, you do not see the item?

If so, maybe you bought as a guest.
