Listing and drop down box not working for Regular and Big & Tall Size

When I try to list and click on the drop down box for big and tall , I select big and Tall but it does not show up and the drop down box below the big and tall is greyed out.

Then the Big & tall disappears and leaves a white blank drop down Box, I a]can Only input Regular then the size like 2x, 3x, 4x, ect..

thanks will try, but ebay is having so many issues right now, as now of my orders are showing up and any link i try.
