Listing Category Shown in Preview when setting up a Listing is Completely Wrong/Non-Existent

When I preview a listing I am setting up for Jewelry/Watches the preview shows the selected category as

Clothing/Shoes/Accessories /Jewelry/ etc which isn't even a category.

Similarly past listing mess ups were in Collectibles/Militaria/WWII/US Original Period, The category for my listings and other sellers were showing up as Germany! Considering the topic, a real blunder on someone's part!

It makes me shy to list as I wonder how this is effecting potential buyers' ability to see my items.

Please add it to the list of needs fixing. Thank you.

Also with Listing Preview: When I add a Second Category and Preview my Listing, the Second Category does not show up in Preview although the extra .35 cents is charged.

Wow, replying to myself seems desperate. Which is worse, that, or no reply from anyone at ebay.

Here goes nothing. 

I just listed a pin in First Category: Jewelry/Vintage Antique/Pins Brooch

Paid ebay the extra .35 cents to list Second Category: Collectibles/Militaria/WWII/Original Period/United States/Homefront.
