Item does not open an new TAB in Firefox or Explorer

When selecting an item listed in "Following" the page goes directly to that item. It used to open a new tab with the item requested. This single page opening causes you to lose you place when scrolling through "Following" items and make you restart at the top of the page. This started happening roughly 1 month ago...I am using the latest Firefox and Explorer. I can manually open a "new TAB" using right click but this used to be automatic. What has changed...

This happens to me too and I haven't found a way around it yet. It is frustrating so I'll keep looking.

It does work as usual if you browse in a private window in firefox.

I can't open a new tab at all from anywhere on Ebay using Firefox or Explorer, even using the right click open a new tab command. This has just started happening this month..Very annoying. Ebay help did not believe me and thought it was probably due to a computer setting, but it is only happening on Ebay.
