Issues with printing Shipping Labels

Hi got the following error on both ebay and paypal trying to print a few labels today. 1st time experiencing this. 

Secure Connection Failed

The connection to ibdswebp16-ext.pb.com was interrupted while the page was loading.

I can enter all of my information when preparing to print a label.  My eBay and Paypal accounts are linked and I cannot get the purchase postage button to work.  Can someone please help me?

We were using Chromium and came across this same issue.  It started on Monday 11-20-2017 some time after noon, because in the morning we printed labels without issue.  The only solution we could find was to temporarily use Palemoon or Firefox.  EBay custome service was able to send us the label that was paid for by email, but not the bottom half of the report.  Once logged in with Palemoon or Firefox we were also able to get to the label by using "Orders" -> "Shipping Lables"  and then selecting "Reprint" in the far right column.  Or on PayPal you can go to the bottom of a record and use "Reprint Label". 

As of Thursday 11-23-2017 this issue continues with Chromium and Opera a derivative.  It is NOT happening with Firefox or Palemoon.   I wonder if this issue is not affecting Firefox or Palemoon, (and I would guess Seamonkey) because of the "fix" that was installed for Firefox last summer when eBay implemented the printing by PDF feature.   Maybe it has something to do with the PDF connector or Adobe certificate that should be exchanged with with pb.com when Chromium hands off to the PDF connector
