Is anyone else having an issue with getting their Sale Event+Markdown to run appropriately? We try to have about 3 separate sales running at any given time. We coordinate the end by staggering every 3 days. I.e. Books ends at 11:30 PM on Tuesday, Records ends on 11:30 PM on Wednesday, Business/Industrial ends on 11:30 PM on Thursday. Each morning I go in and delete the ended mark down sale and start a new one. I always do at around 10 am the next day, so plenty of time in-between ending/beginning.
What I am experiencing is my sales will work great, but then 1 will "hang" and it will show Zero sales and Zero sales lift. And it will never get fixed. I tried to start a new duplicate one with the same Sale Event+Markdown but now that is not working either.
Any tips, tricks?
