Is there a problem this morning with the label printing for USPS packages?

I am trying to get my packages mailed within my 24 hours window and the selection button for USPS is not lit up.  Is Ebay having a problem this morning?  All seems fine for the other carriers, Just not working for USPS. Been trying for 5 hours now.  Need to get these to the post office.  Is Ebay aware of this and is it being worked on?

I just figured out what is going on.  With this new managed payments, if your account has a negative balance it will not let you print USPS labels.  Since my checking account is linked to Ebay and that has money in it, this should not be happening.  What a waste of time tracking this down this morning.
