This issue has been coming up once in a while but the last couple weeks I have not gotten a single email about my saved search items. I have tried re-adding them, adding totally new ones, etc. Nothing works. Anyone else having this issue? Any ideas on how to easily contact ebay to get resolved?

Same here! I stopped receiving my email alerts about a month ago. Contacted eBay and they advised they would investigate it. Still not working? I even changed to a different email address without success! I've been an eBay buyer for over 10 years. VERY DISSAPOINTED!

So we are up to 16 similar complaints on this forum alone since March. We know many if not most eBay members probably don't subscribe to this forum, so who knows how many really have the problem, but it is safe to say at least in the hundreds.

For me, no notice of a new listing means I don't buy something I would have if I had just known about it, so there goes income to eBay. It defies logic why they don't fix this. I have been back and forth with CS on the phone and Facebook PMs since March and they steadfastly claim they are sending the emails, but just as steadfastly refuse to send me copies of even one day's worth so I can take it up with Gmail and Yahoo, who they claim must be blocking the emails. Now they are telling me I must file a formal request for mediation and subpoena the emails I haven't received! I am in the process of doing just that, so stay tuned.

In the mean time, I suggest you reach out to eBay via their Facebook page. Unlike this forum, they do monitor and reply to PMs on Facebook. It just might be that enough PMs from members will entice eBay to finally do something to fix their problem. Miracles have been known to happen, but it usually takes a lot of asking first.

Seems to be still happening. I am a user since 2001, and I am experiencing this for the 1st time...for the last 6 days I have received NO search emails. I have checked Email setting = Subscribed Just checking that I hadnt done anything. Therefore the setting is correct.

Going to give ebay a phone to ask what is up!

Just for the record.. I have witnessed more dissatisfaction over the last 17 years than there has been improvements to this .Com company. Ebay is getting larger and more complicated.. and therefore leading to MORE BUGS... more than they can handle. i wish they could leave it alone.. OR.. have a better team of SOFTWARE TESTERS.

I wish a rival software company came along with a more stable product and with more respect to their Sellers, as ebay seem to want to keep the buyers happier.

For the longest time my saved search email wasn't working. Then a few weeks ago I deleted a bunch of my saved searches and the next day ... wah lah! ... saved search emails started working and has been working since (fingers crossed). Not sure if I was over some sort of limit or if just diddling with my saved searches did something.

I also wish eBay had some competition. Their customer support is some of the worst I've ever come across.

With regard to their customer service, after several back-and-forth exchanges on this subject, the eBay rep actually suggested if I didn't like her answer I should sue eBay! Some attitude.

Pretty much universal wish that eBay would get some real competition. Only then will they take these customer complaints seriously. As for now, they apparently don't even bother to monitor this site and it is their own!

Me too!!! I have a couple dozen saved. For a long time I have been responding YES and highest *** to ebay questions "Is this email useful" (about a saved search) and it seems to make NO DIFFERENCE.

Some of the ones that are most important, they have stopped sending emails. When I go into eBay and search myself for the exact words, multiple items come up - so why have the emails from eBay stopped on these particular searches ??

There is no rhyme or reason to it. One search stopped coming into my inbox a couple of months ago, and all of a sudden now it is back. Searches that I especially want that have come in for molnths are now no longer coming in.

I am using a PC, Win10 and Outlook email - never a problem before !!!

I RELY on these searches to find items I want to buy !!!! You would "think" ebay would make sure this function is fully up and running!!!!!

I tried this one a while ago, but didn't continue (not their fault). I was very pleased with responsive guys who seemed very honest. I'm going back !! Thank you for reminding me.

Can you set up your email client's "Rules" so that emails with specific keyword(s) in the Subject lines (i.e., the searches you no longer want) will automatically go into a folder you choose (like TRASH) ? so you don't have to go through them in the inbox queue ?

You would think they would, but hundreds of complaints on this forum later and still no response from eBay.

Been back and forth via Facebook (most effective way because they actually monitor and respond to PMs). Also have called and keep popsting here on their own user's forum, but none of these methods have produced any results. They apparently choose to believe it isn't their fault but we all can't be stupid enough to believe them!
