Invalid payment method error on some listings, but not all

Why do I get the following error message "We can't list this item because its payment policy contains one or more invalid payment methods, select a payment policy that contains only valid payment methods" when I have used the same business payment policy for numerous other items with no issues? My payment policy lists Paypal, check, or money order as options. This error message has come up when I initially try to list some items, and when I re-list others.

Not all categories allow checks and money orders as payment options. Perhaps you are trying to list in one of those categories?

I thought so too, but each time I try to change the category to one of the accepted categories I continue to get the same error message. Do I have to throw out my draft and start another?

I am getting the same message, I use Turbo Lister, have had the same paypal account attached to it for years, I think this is an ebay problem. I am going to wait and try again this afternoon.

I figured this out, there is an update to the user agreement on paypal, you have to agree to it, then your items should be good to go.
