Inappropriate use of eBay messages

My ex husband is using eBay as a means of contacting me by finding things I’m selling and sending me messages, pretending they are a question about the item. I have contacted eBay already, who haven’t done anything to help, and me blocking him doesn’t appear to be working. Any suggestions out there please?

Do not delete the messages!! You do not need to read them, but move them into your Archive folder for future need.

Deleting the messages may hamper your ability to prove harassment at a later time.

Personally, I would read each, as the message may include info that you really need to know. Just move to your archive folder. I would screen print eah and place in a file folder as well.
