I started out November with 250 free insertions I only inserted 20 new pieces but I've been charged 50 insertion fees

At the end of 30 days, each of your unsold listings will automatically relist, using one of that month's free listings.

You have over 600 listings and have been billed for all of the listings above 250.

If you did not want to pay the listing fees, it was your responsibility to either end the old listings before they renewed or subscribe to an Ebay store with a greater number of free listings.

You are not the first seller to have this experience, but it is not a common experience either.
