I called ebay they have "NO CLUE" , they indicated " oh you see the death ring huh" ? so again I cannot reply to any feedback, even one left today, I cannot request a revision on any feedback either. why even have these options if they cannot be used? its been over 20 hours, I rebooted cleared cache, same result.

What browsers have you tried? Latest versions?
Any difference if you use a private or incognito browser window? Or if you disable add-ons?
Try installing the latest version of a popular browser with default settings and no add-ons.
If that does not work, try another device.

OK I tried another pc and it didn't work in normal mode but did work in incognito (safe browsing) wild if you ask me. What the heck is wrong with ebay? thanks for that tip, your better than ebay support, thank you again.

That is why you install a different browser -- so you can experiment without resetting all your settings in the browser you normally use.

Try using a mobile browser in desktop mode.

You can report most issues directly to eBay using the "Tell us what you think" link found on most My eBay pages, or using the "?" / "Feedback" / "Comment" link in the lower right of most other pages.

When you ask what kind of tech we're running "behind the scenes" it seems like you believe that you're addressing eBay when you post a message here.
You're not. These Boards are staffed by your fellow eBayers, buyers and sellers who volunteer their help and advice.
Just so you know, we're not running any "type of tech".

Typically if something works when using a private or incognito browser window but not in the regular browser window, that indicates a problem due to something in the browser history (cache or cookies), or the settings of the browser itself. Depending on your settings, using a private or incognito window might disable add-ons, for instance.
Try clearing your browser cache ("for all time" if that is an option; otherwise the default might be to just clear recent cache files). If that does not help, try manually erasing just your eBay cookies in that browser. After that, try temporarily disabling add-ons to rule out an add-on conflict.
