How to remove (delete) a bidder from the Leave Feedback page

A bidder won an auction by mistake.  I reported it to eBay and it has been resolved. HOWEVER, on the Leave Feedback page this bidder still shows that I need to leave feedback.  I don't want to leave any feedback at all.  My only option is to leave POSITIVE feedback. There is no NEUTRAL or NEGATIVE option to pick. So I try to DELETE the whole thing - there's an X at the top right to delete but it won't delete. HELP please! Many thanks.

I don't recall ever being able to delete a leave FB entry.   All you can do is ignore it and it will self-delete after 60 days.

No reason except that I want to keep that area caught up to date. That bidder transaction is no longer pertinent. Thanks!
