Having to log into eBay every time I open new window.

I have to log in to eBay every time I open a new window. I'm using Firefox. Is this happening to anyone else, or is it something to do with Firefox? All my other log ins are fine.

I have not experienced (or read about) any Firefox-specific sign in problems recently.

Generally, problems with repeated sign-in requests can be related to cookies; if your browser is not accepting cookies, or eBay cookies are blocked or corrupt, you may see this result. If you notice the same problems while using other browsers too, that might indicate an account-related issue; some people have reported having to sign in repeatedly for a period of time before things get back to normal.

When eBay changed the sign-in page in July, lots of folks ran into problems, including those using Microsoft browsers who couldn't stay signed in.

Problem solved. I finally noticed, that on the log in page, the box to keep signed in wasn't checked. I have no idea how that happened. It's been years, since I had to check that box. Glad it was an easy fix. Thanks, again, eburtonlab.
