Having to log in over and over and over, cannot upload files for appealing a dispute as a result.

I am currently on my 27th try trying to upload pictures for appealing a dispute, for the past week or so I have been having to log in multiple times a minute, and again whenever I (pretty much) click on any link on the site - and it just seems to be getting worse. Every time I try to upload the picture it just gives an error stating "We can't perform this action at this time". Then, when I try to submit without a picture, it just loops me back to the login screen. This indicates I cannot upload the picture because it thinks I am not logged in. These glitches have been insane recently.

Have you recently changed your network setup?

There may be something particular about your setup -- using a certain type of VPN or a hotspot, for instance, or certain kinds of privacy software -- that is causing eBay to require additional verification from you that most folks do not need to provide.

If not, try using a different browser or a different device and see if you into the same verification issues. A blocked or corrupt eBay cookie might also be causing problems.

If there is absolutely nothing special about your setup or your network connection, then eBay may have reason to believe that someone other than you is signing in to your account, such as simultaneous sign-ins from different geographic locations.
