Handling time changed, but not really.

Everything we sell is listed as 1 day handling time. Since Friday November 3rd, everything that has sold has 2 day handling time in our list of orders that are paid ready to ship. For Instance everything purchased today the 8th, is not set to ship until the 10th even though the listings have 1 day handling time. Anyone else experiencing this?

Of course we are still shipping everything at our normal speed, but I am worried this will hurt our power seller status.

I have the same problem, lost my fast n free again for the 3rd time too. When ever there are glitches like the millions we have now, you need to call eBay and report it. I think I can put their phone number in here. 1-866-495-3229. They don't fix things unless enough people call in with the same issue.

Your post would benefit from some more precise language.

Look closely, on the Manage Orders page, Actions Column, your Ship By dates of the 10th probably say Ship By:  Nov 10, 12:59 AM.  That's one hour into  Friday, as opposed to by end of the day Friday.  And that means you have to ship by Thursday.

eBay messed up the programming for the end of Daylight Savings Time and the error is still in effect.

For now, always ship by the day before the Ship By date in the Actions column of the Manage Orders page.

To report this, go to the Manage Orders page on Seller Hub, click the Comments? link at top right, and then paste in the following message and submit:

The Manage Orders page is displaying the wrong Ship By dates in the Actions column.  This appears to be caused by the change in Daylight Savings Time.  Please see more details here on the eBay Community:

Calling is not likely to help eBay fix this error.  Instead, go to the Manage Orders page and click Comments? at top right and paste this message into the form and submit:
