Hi guys!
Been a seller on eBay for 15+ years and haven't had this problem before.
I have my own custom description layout with header, banners and a picture of my shop back in the 50s.
I'm not sure when but it was only 2-3 weeks ago, all this disappeared from all 400+ live listings.
When I go to list: HTML shows up perfectly when creating the listing and previewing, but when it goes live all my IMGs aren't showing. Text is fine, showing as normal.
Got in touch with eBay, they couldn't really grasp what was going on and told me to check my HTML. Even though I explained the HTML is fine, sent screen shots of it showing the imagery fine in a generic HTML viewer.
I did ask if it had to do with eBay switching over to the new listing tool (Absolutely dreadful, makes me not want to list on eBay, mind blowing how they thought users would prefer it). But they assured it was nothing to do with that. If anyone knows of a working link for the old listing tool, that would be amazing! Or a listing tool that's nicer to use than eBay's own new listing tool.
My images are hosted with IMGUR, I thought I'd get in touch with them and see if they were blocking the links to eBay, but haven't heard back from them yet. All links are HTTPS, still live with Imgur, my account is still active.
Wondering if anyone has and ideas. Perhaps another seller is using Imgur and can verify everything is good with their listings.
Any help appreciated!

Hello,
I have had a similar issue when adding HTML with YouTube videos in my listing description. I make demo videos on YouTube and then convert the YT link to HTML with an online converter and then add that code to my descriptions. I have to do this addition of HTML on a PC since the mobile app cannot add it. When a user is on their mobile phone and looking a the description, they can no longer watch the video. If they are on a PC, then the video is viewable. I have been adding videos to my listing for at least 1.5 years now or so and it always was viewable on the mobile app but it suddenly stopped working which is frustrating. If I want to add a video via Ebays new video feature, then I have to have the file on my PC (since I don't think you can upload it to Ebay from the mobile app). Ebays has all these restrictions on the video file size and other items which really adds a lot more time and processing to getting videos added to my listing. This is really frustrating because it makes doing a listing so much more complicated and time consuming. My videos help sell items based on feedback I have received from my customers but eBay is not making it convenient for me to do so.
