HELP! Shipping Labels redirected to UPS Platform when i click to print

Whenever I click "print labels and ship" I am being redirected to the Global Shipping /UPS  platform for shipping labels. This has never happened before as usually "print labels and ship" opens up PayPal to print the label. I am shipping from NC to Texas and there is no reason I should be redirected to global shipping.

I bypassed it by printing through PayPal but I wonder if this is some type of new change that has been made by eBay.
