First time selling in many years and I keep getting an error

I have tried to post from both a browser and the app on my Android phone. Each time, I keep getting a technical error (pictured).  It doesn't offer any information and the links on the error page don't lead anywhere. Anyone else having this issue? Doesn't seem to be any problems, as far as I can tell, so not sure what's happening

Same issue. Just spent 1/2 hour trying to get a label to print .  Finally found this sting of posts.  Where is eBay quality control.  This is unacceptable.
