Ebay isn't allowing me to leave feedback. Everything works but after I submit, still no feedback.

Please fix this or end getting negatives. Buyers want feedback and they want it fast.

Hi this another me  member. I too am unable to leave any feedback. I have tried with a number of sellers. Everytime I hit submit the screen returns to      " Leave more comments." I really wish someone would amswer this issue.
