Feedback automatically listing?

Hello,

I hope someone can help me! Several times I have tried to leave feedback and I get a message that it's already been left when I know I haven't left it. I have tried to search all morning to see if feedback can be automatically uploaded or left, however, I can find any information or help. 

Hopefully, this is a clitch and be easily & quickly fixed for I do not want to use the same exact feedback for every buyer. Has anyone else had this issue? Can anyone tell me how to fix it, Please?

If you are using Selling Manager, it is possible to leave feedback automatically when a buyer has paid:

As a buyer, I like this link which shows which items have feedback either to be left or to be received:
