brian@ebay tyler@ebay With the last update (Fall Seller) FedEx 2Day rates are completely broken. Now I have to edit every blasted item with FedEx 2day as the primary shipping option because it's showing EXTREMELY HIGH RATES!!!!!!!!! Why does every single update cause this?????????????
BTW, there have been other posts about this in the last week that we have pinged both of you on with NO response. This is getting really, really ridiculous. I pay my bill on time every month and have every reason to expect some bare minimum of service. I'm not getting it right now.
