My sales are way off because over half of my listings of used books have been tagged by the system for "item specifics recommended". The item specific identified is "Character Family" but most of my books are non-fiction and are not part of some character family, such as mickey mouse or alice in wonderland or some such. Apparently, since I have not fixed them and cannot, eBay is blocking or hiding my listings from best search matches. The result of course is fewer sales and even fewer watches and as a result of this mistake, both eBay and I are losing money. I have explained this on countless occasions to Customer Service but nothing has happened. They promised to raise the issue with the technical team but nothing has changed in months. Although I continue to sell, my sales are diminished substantially....HELP
