I can't find a useable download for my PC with an Icon for ebay . Everything I find will not install. what am I doing wrong? It says administrator is blocking but I can't seem to be able to change it . Help

To use eBay on a PC, open a browser and go to ebay.com.
The eBay app is for mobile devices only.
