Ebay Shipping Labels Not Printing

Ebay shipping is not working. I was able to print a domestic label hours ago but it would not let me do international.  I get the message

We're having trouble printing your labels

• System unavailable. Please try again later!

Try using Chrome that's my go to when labels act up.

You can also print labels on paypal.

Thanks. will try your suggestions. Paypal shipping would cost me $22 more than thru ebay for the international shipment for some reason, so don't want to go that route.

UPDATE:  Spoke with ebay and paypal for the 3rd day. Every time I get a different answer. Finally confirmed it is an ebay shipping issue that they are not notifying people of.  If you are shipping an international package through the seller hub that is a combined item (2 sales in one box) it will not let you produce a label if you want to add insurance to the package. They have not fixed the problem as of this time and obviously have no idea when it will be. I do not know if this effects global shipping or not since I am not in that program.
