If I am in the Seller Hub and looking at my active listings in list form and I look at the dynamic ad rate for an item of mine I notice that the rate is different from the rate stated in the “editing pop up box.”
It is absolutely preposterous to pay more than 10% for an ad rate. (Well more than 5% is ridiculous too.) When I look at the dynamic ad rate and see that it jumped from 5.2% to 11% then I question whether I really want to be signed up for the dynamic rate. So today I started editing some of my listings to change to the fixed rate from the dynamic ad rate. But when I click to edit, the editing pop up box is saying the dynamic ad for one of my items is 5.3%. But it says it is 11% if I look at it from the seller hub list. So which is it? 11% or 5.3%? This is crazy! I have no idea which rate I am going to end up paying if my item sells. I cannot make an informed decision if there are 2 separate stated dynamic ad rates. I am not confident the dynamic rate is accurate. Thanks in advance.
