Download reports error - nothing happens when clicking download button

On the page of ebay.com/sh/reports/downloads,  when making your choices for what to download there is no reaction whatsoever when clicking the download button.

Clicking the download button gives no reaction. 

This seems to have been an issue since around 2019, or is it a isolated incident of an application API somewhere being unresponsive?

As an add-on issue, the schedule report function is also down. If I add a scheduled report (presumably delivered by email, no info on what is to happen once the report is configured) the report does not deliver any emails.
