Don't think the 'Reply with offer' is working...

This is a feature we don't use often, so we'er not sure.

Replied with an offer to a buyer question and we don't see the reply in our sent box even though it states we replied.  Also the outstanding offer does not show on the active listing page or for the listing itself.

When we do counter offers, we generally receive an email confirmation.  No email on this activity.

So, like we said, not sure if this working.

UPDATE. Received notice that the buyer paid at the offer price.  At least I know that the buyer received my offer.  eBay if you are listening? The offer did not show anywhere within the seller hub or did I get a confirmation of an offer being made.  Please put this on your bug list.
