Device wont log off

Hi

My other half and i are splitting. She is logged onto ebay on her ipad that i have no access to

i have logged iff from all devices in the link i found in an earlier thread but she got notification again this morning regarding items that i have for sale

is there anyway to log her out without having to get into her ipad?

Logging her out of her session is only part of the process.

Change your password and secret question(s). Verify that your personal information is correct and change your email address.

Most important is to verify your registered phone number. A passeword change will send a notification to the registered phone number.

You can not do this from a mobile device. You must use a desktop.

Click on your Account tab in My eBay, click on Personal information, Click on Edit next to Registered name and address. Click Change next to Registration address. You will be asked to sign on to eBay, then you will get a screen that allows you to change your registered account info.
