Descriptions being deleted

I am noticing that on some of my listings, the description is being partially deleted after posting. A few words will be there, but the rest of the description is gone. I checked through and it is an issue on multiple of my listings. Has anyone encountered this?

Are you using ISBN, UPC or MPN item codes?

If so, many of those are tied in to the eBay catalog, and will countermand some of the item specifics which you may be entering.

Instead of using ISBN, UPC or MPN item codes, enter "Does Not Apply" instead, and only your original item specifics will be included in your listing.
