There Seems to be a lack of cutomer service issues. I am a seller ( top Rated) I take pride in all my offerings .. So here goes.. I had a customer who purchased several item from me and turns out she only lives a few miles from me.. So I returned her shipping fees and marked it as shipped.. (per someone at ebay). a few days later i was dinged for not shipping on time according to ebay. I feel that is a very unfair business practice, and the person who refuse to do anything was a rude person... as a long time seller and contributer to ebay.. I will be looking for better solutions for the future...

Hi, I am a long time buyer in high standing who spends thousands of dollars each year on eBay. I can only use Mobile eBay. Last month eBay began making "improvements" to the Mobile eBay that are so dysfunctional I can no longer look up, bid, or buy anything. I have called and written to eBay to complain, but get ignored. Guess eBay doesn't like either of us.
