Collection codes not working on iPhones and no facility on Website.

Sellers are told to use collection codes for protection. The eBay app is the only way to confirm with a QR code or 6 digit code. Problem is on iPhone the code cannot be entered as it is at the very top of the screen. Surely you can add the facility to enter the code on the main website or resolve the issues on a phone.
