Change to Checkout page - VERY inconvenient

So.....

Since eBay seems to have fixed the stupendous change to the "Add to Watch List" issue (mucho gracias!), but then to try some other dubious 'experiment'...

As of today, the checkout page I see (with the three panels "Pay with", "Ship to" and "Item summery") has changed looks.

Before, the order of those minipanels on that page was "Pay with", "Ship to" and "Item summery". Very ok, quick and easy.... Worked great and swift. But now it has changed so that the "Item summery" panel is on top, pushing everything else (thus the stuff you actually need to interact with) down and mostly out of view.

This is VERY inconvenient.

As of now, I constantly need to scroll up and down the page in order to select the proper payment method (card, account, etc) and/or change delivery address (I constantly switch between payment methods and delivery addresses). This is so very annoying and time consuming when you have multiple items to pay for!

Moreover, if the purpose was to give the user full view of the item details (making sure it is the correct item or something?), it seriously failed!!! By the need to scroll down in order to select the proper payment and shipping address, everything about the item is moved out of view on top. Completely the opposite result of why they probably moved the "item summery" panel on top! I can not think of any reason why this is 'better'.

What on earth were they once again thinking?

"Hey, let's make it more difficult and annoying to pay for stuff. Let's make the buyer scroll the page like 10 times before the payment can actually be sent... just for lulz..." ???

When is eBay going to stop changing working stuff for crying out loud ?!! (this is a rhetorical question)

Once again, they changed something which was working just fine to something which takes sellers or buyers (in this case mostly buyers) more time!! Even if it is 10 seconds more, that's 10 useless seconds which weren't needed before! How is that improving stuff???? Does eBay want less buyers and sellers? I thought eBay was a commercial bussiness, in need to generate revenue for themselfs as quick and swift as possible. How is this change going to increase their revenue? Please enlighten me!

djeez...
