For 2 days, I have been trying to add tracking on an item. Buyer requested cancelation same day that I shipped. I am unable to respond to cancelation request. Oops something went wrong. I try to add tracking. Technical difficulties. 2/ 4 to 2/7. 2025. Anyone seeing this issue? Also is there a board to list problem buyers who seek to cancel once item is shipped?

Try a different browser or device to add the tracking. Or clear your cache.
If it is the pan lid, probably not worth trying to recall the shipment.
You will have to work this out with the buyer one way or the other as far as, -- would they still want the item since it is on the way.
Buyers are allowed to request a cancellation. There is not a board to report them on. You can report the buyer if you think that is necessary. In the pull down next to the item in your Orders Tab in Seller Hub, there is a option to report buyer.
