Cannot print shipping labels using iOS eBay app

When trying to print shipping labels using eBay app on iPhone 14 the label page keeps repeatedly opening & closing but does not load. Issue started yesterday (8/22). Tried re-installing app and rebooting iPhone but no change. Contacted customer support and they advised their is no known bug for this issue. Call was logged but still no fix.

Are you able to print a label if you use a mobile browser rather than the eBay app?

I wonder if the issue may be linked to your default browser, if the app is trying to open a browser window and failing. This can be an issue for users that have a default browser different than the browser they normally use.

I’m able to print a label using Safari instead of the app. I’ve also re-installed the app multiple times.

Hi I’m having the same issue it’s really annoying I cannot print shipping labels from the eBay app the page keeps reloading I called eBay they told me there was no reported issues any help would be greatly appreciated thank you

I am still experiencing this issue. No resolution since issue was first reported in August. I’ve been launching eBay in Safari to print labels as a workaround.

Now, as of tonight, I can’t print any Tracked Packet USA labels in the app or using a web browser. I’ve tried all the workarounds (using bulk labels/not adjusting weight) but nothing’s worked. I realize this is a known issue recently but I thought it was resolved…guess not:(
