Cannot generate a shipping label

I go through the whole process of inputting the dimensions and customs data, but when I hit 'purchase label', I get an error message saying I 'can't print a label at this time'.  I've tried on both my laptop and my phone, so it's not a browser problem.  Ongoing since midnight.

Once you have gotten into the buy label window and see the information but can't print it for some reason, try saving as a download, then print from your files. Once you have gotten to the window showing the label you have bought it, where it prints from does not matter.
