It seems I am no longer able to login mobile (not with the app) from iPhone. I know my credentials are correct -- otherwise, I would not be logged in now -- but each time I attempt to login, it tells me that my username and password is not a match. That simply is not true.
I did a quick Google search, and it seems that this is a problem stemming back for the last couple of years. Most people, however, were trying to login from the app.
I use the Safari app on my iPhone, and I have gone through the process of clearing my cache and browsing history, removing any stored password information, and have rebooted the phone. Still no dice.
What is the hold up? Why am I not able to login with my phone? This makes no sense to me.
