After having no issue sending invoices earlier, I am now getting the message "There is some technical error, please try after sometime". Is anyone else having this problem?

I just sent a invoice for 13 items using edge no errors and the buyer just paid so I know he got it.

11/8/19, 3:48PM EST - I just got off the phone with eBay customer support. They are aware the invoice system is down. They have a work-around which is not effective for all sellers (me included). She told me to invoice through PayPal. Of course, I need the buyer's email to do so. I imagine if we exchange emails via eBay they will suspend both accounts. No idea of a time frame for a fix. I hope this helps.
2 days ago my labels wouldn't print and I was charged for 12 labels 7 times each and they had to individually and manually refunded by an eBay CSR. Today I can't send a simple invoice. This is beyond annoying and becoming crippling.

I haven't noticed that one yet, but I'm getting a blank page any time I search for items in the search box.

If you are getting the problems while sending invoices then you must check out the cache/temp files, and try to clearing those files out.
You may find in the following:
In Internet Explorer:
1. Click the Settings button (mechanical wheel button on top right corner of IE window)
2. Select Interner Options
3. Choose General tab
4. Click Delete... button under Browsing history field set
5. Select all checkboxes and hit Delete
6. Close Internet Explorer and reopen
In Chrome:
1. Go to Settings (top right corner in Chrome)
2. In the Search field type in "cache"
3. Click on Clear Browsing Data botton once search results render
4. Same as above check all boxes and hit Clear
5. Close Chrome and reopen
In Firefox:
1. Firefox menu in top left corner
2. Choose Options -> Options menu
3. Go to Privacy tab
4. Click on two links "Clean recent history" and "Remove individual cookies"
5. Same as above
And still if you face the same problem then you may go ahead and try to log in through a different browser.
As eBay must have sent them the invoices, as they go with the Pay Now option on the listing.
The payment is done they can print their receipt from PayPal by themselves.

Yes, I am as well. Once payment is made, no problem getting a label printed. Just unable to send invoices. Sent a message to eBay. We shall see.
