Can not list item. stuck in loop with bank account page

i hit the "list it " button it takes my to a page "add bank account" i re-entered my bank info (info was already in place) hit enter and it takes me back to same bank page. i try skipping the step and the same thing happens, over and over. i called ebay, they had no answers other than "they are aware"  im using chrome. i tried clearing history and cookies. it's been 2 days

I have the same issue only it shows a constant loop... "You're almost there' pop-up and if I click "let's go" it takes me back to list the item. I've been calling eBay since January--5 months to no avail.

Did you ever find a solution for that? I’m having the same problem:(
