I seem to not be receiving seller-initiated offers in my push notifications on my iphone, and it's a recurring issue for a few months now. My physical store iphone in light mode pushes seller offers. Both are running IOS 17.5.1 and Ebay App version 6.168.0.2, the only difference is my main phone is in dark mode.
