Within the Orders tab drop down menu, when the Awaiting Shipment tab is clicked, the system does not display the photos and information pertaining to the items that have been sold. All that is displayed is the number of orders and the page is just white lined spaces. I have called Ebay support two times and also Microsoft Technical Support and paid $49 to have him remotely patch into my computer. While troubleshooting, and trying to rule out what could be the issue, we have tried to get this information to display in 4 different browsers. The issue is the same with all the browsers: Edge, Explorer, Firefox and Chrome. This was working perfectly fine a week ago... As a seller, I am not happy as this has disrupted my process in a major way. I still have no idea what the issue is... and frankly calling Ebay has not been very fruitful when it comes to a resolution of this issue. Help anyone?

I have no idea about this exact one (issue you are describing).
But Brian may be able to report/look into this more

Is this happening from the orders tab directly on Seller hub?
and do you know if you are using the old or new version?
and please don't ask me how to tell which version by looking at it - they've changed so many things I have no idea which version I currently have myself.
I just know there are differences
