When I started I had to be on a mobile, it was anyone's guess if a message would go through or not, couple times I was able to make contact through an item they were selling. I learned to copy messages to clip board after having too many disappear.
Also couldn't see shipping labels much less void them. Clicking on SHIPPING LABELS would just send me back to my ebay. It was infuriating, finally learned I could call home and have the wife cancel them on a laptop, of course after I ate one for 10 bucks. Now, I accidentally discovered I can see labels on my mobile for some reason. But now I can't click the messages button when I get a red alert, I have to read messages through sellers hub. It's ridiculous what works and when around here.
