#1. For several months now I have not been able to answer questions that are submitted to me from potential buyers. I just received another one about 15 min ago. When I click it gives me the questions you are trying to answer is over 90 days. The same when I go into the listing and try to reply How about a fix IT guys?
#2. When I end a listing for what ever reason it will NOT allow me to see it when I click on ENDED. It actually throws me to the NOT SOLD, but still does not show the listing just ended. No way to even see the listing that I just ended within eBay other than to pull it up within SixBit, my listing software.
Both are while using a high end WIN10 PC. I have tried using Chrome and Edge and receive the same results. Yes, I have cleared cache and all that stuff. I am a retired IT Mgr of over 33 years at one of the largest companies in the world. Just saying, I ain't dumb.
Both conditions have been going on 4-8 weeks. So check back around then to see when Sammy the newbie IT guy changed some code and change it back.
