All Ebay Store categories not displaying on Mobile view (10 of 26 displaying)

When I view my eBay store on any mobile device 10 of my 26 categories are being shown to my buyers. I provided screenshots (see below) to Ebay, they have not replied to me in a week via phone nor email. Any light on the subject would be greatly appreciated.

When I relist an item I cannot see or choose from my custom store categories. They disappeared with new format???
