bought a Japanese doll by Buyer but it was Case open on December 7, 2016.
After finishing the interchange with Buyer, the US $ 300 that was Holded as the content of Case finally returned to me as Seller.
I was Case open and I was refunded and thought that I could not close Case though more than 45 days passed but the message of The case was resolved is from E-bay on 14th September 2017 , I understood that it was closed.
When I logged in to PayPal today, I noticed that there were more outstandings other than US $ 99 unpaid and I contacted PayPal.
I heard that US $ 288 was Case Closed once, Case open on December 7, 2016, Case open on September 21, 2017 again.
I listened to PayPal's explanation that Case was closed and I heard that Case open will be done again for more than 45 days of appeal, and I also looked up variously on E-bay, I have never seen that Case open again, and I think that it is somewhat a system error.
It is extremely troubled when US $ 288 which solved the problem besides US $ 99 for unpaid money is Holded.
