APIAccess error

I have been a seller for over 10 years and have never had this year, but I  got it this afternoon and finally gave up listing for the day as it would not let me submit anything.  (That was after I had listed about 10 items).   Also It is putting second categories on items and not letting me delete it when I go in to revise!!!  and it keeps changing my store category.   This all started happening this weekend with the APIaccess error this afternoon.   Anyone??!!!
