Missing scope 'metadata.insights' in eBay account

In my eBay developer account 'metadata. insights' scope is currently unavailable.

I am unable to hit eBay API -> 'https://api.ebay.com/oauth/api_scope/metadata.insights'.

This API throw error:
'error: could not be loaded: invalid_scope: The requested scope is invalid, unknown, malformed, or exceeds the scope granted to the client'

could you please add this scope to my account?

https://api.ebay.com/oauth/api_scope/metadata.insights scope is used to get the relevanceIndicator field in the response and conditionally required for executing the fetchItemAspects and getItemAspectsForCategory call. 

You can execute the Taxonomy API calls using the scope "https://api.ebay.com/oauth/api_scope" . 

relevanceIndicator field is restricted to applications that have been granted permission to access this feature. You must submit an App Check ticket to request this access. In the App Check form, add a note to the Application Title/Summary and/or Application Details fields that you want access to 'Buyer Demand Data' in the Taxonomy API.
